Hi, I’mChristian.

I started teaching professionally at Jurainstituttet, where I soon became education manager. I ran programmes, coordinated external teachers, and built new programmes from scratch.

Since then, I’ve worked one-to-one as a mentor, taught human rights at Rødding Højskole, and introduced an AI course there. Teaching has followed me through quite a few different job titles.

What I care most about is finding the simplest way to explain something properly. I start with the fundamentals, including the parts that are easy to forget once you know a subject well. Nobody should have to pretend they understand before we can move on.

I completed a bachelor’s in law at the University of Copenhagen. When my business began to take off, I chose to leave my master’s studies and focus on it.

Through StudieAkademiet, we prepared students for university, particularly law, medicine, psychology, and business. The other part of the company was Mimer, a platform connecting clients with independent consultants for career guidance and help with applications for jobs or university.

Together, they served thousands of students and clients. I sold the business to Aspiri in 2022.

At Falck, I build relationships with companies and help find opportunities for the jobseekers I work with. A good match needs to work for both: the company finds the skills it needs, and someone finds an opportunity that fits their abilities and goals.

I also teach and coach, including helping people use AI for everything from preparing job applications to learning new skills, whatever their starting point.

Alongside that, I’m part of the internal AI team within Falck’s labour market services, exploring practical ways to use AI in our work.
