Casework and teaching across the whole width of the Danish employment system, from people who are ready for a job tomorrow to people who are years away from one. Outreach to the companies that might take them, and membership of the internal AI team within Falck's labour market services.

Founded StudieAkademiet, merged it with the consultant platform Mimer ApS so teaching and guidance sat in one company, and led the merged company as CEO.

The one I built to not need me.
Hay Nako Organization gave children in a slum in Mandaue City somewhere safe to be: food, school, and enough play that a childhood is a childhood. I founded it in 2018 and chaired it alongside my other work until 2024, when a small shop covered almost all its costs and I handed it to the local team.

Where the method came from.
A law degree I paused on purpose, a year of education science, five semesters of folk high school, and a year in Canada at seventeen.

LawBachelor of Laws completed. Started the master's in 2018, then paused it to run the company. No plans to go back. The legal method stayed; the diploma did not.
